5) Write your stress down. By writing what is stressing you down, it gives your mind an outlet, which can result in a solution to how to deal with your stress.
There are many methods to help deal with stress. A healthy diet, exercise, and get a good nights rest are all essential, but for the times that it creeps into your life, try one of the five techniques as an instantaneous remedy to relieve the stress.
